Monthly client reports

Reports are usually the worst part of agency work: they take half a day and no one reads them. Outrigger builds a branded report from the data it already holds, so your team reviews it instead of assembling it.

Generate a report

Open Reports, choose a period (last month, this month so far, or the last 30 days) and click Generate report. Outrigger:

1. Builds the data: AI visibility, off-page composite, AI mention rate and posted citation counts, with the prior period for comparison.
2. Renders a branded HTML report using your report branding.
3. Saves it privately in the monthly-reports storage bucket and lists it in Report history.

Generating a report uses no credits and sends no email. If a report already covers those dates, Outrigger opens it instead of making a second one. Requests are rate-limited per agency.

Automatic monthly delivery

Outrigger can also prepare last month's report on the 1st and email a private link to the agency owner. This schedule is off by default and runs only after Outrigger switches it on. Until then, generate reports yourself from Reports.

Before you share

Check the figures first. Highlights only call out movement outside a metric's normal noise. To share a report, open it and use your browser's Print or Save as PDF, or publish a reviewed version to the client portal on the Agency plan.
